Shanghai Technology Business Incubation Association

    Morning on 1 st August, the Signing Ceremony between Shanghai Venture Capital Association and Shanghai Technology Business Incubation Association was held in meeting room of shanghai Technology Innovation Center. Mr. Wang Rong, the chairman of Shanghai Technology Business Incubation Association, Mr. Yao Fugen （ General Secretary ） and some vice-chairman people of their association attended. The chairman of Shanghai Venture Capital Association, Mr. Hua Yuda together with Mr. Lu Chengbiao (Vice-Chairman) and Mr. Xu Lin(General Secretary) attended this ceremony. Two delegates from Zhangjiang Venture Capital Ltd. and KPCB (Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers) which belong to our association memberships also joined the ceremony.

    The ceremony was taken charge by Mr. Yao Fugen. General secretary of shanghai venture capital Mr. Xu expressed the background of cooperation and necessary of close cooperation between two associations. Chairman Hua simply described the history of venture capital and a new developing model direction “Venture Capital + Technology Innovation + Capital Market”. Mr. Yao emphasized signing ceremony is impersonality and age need. Chairman Wang cared about the importance of relying on government lead fund. He thought a new investment model which can help enterprises growing, “Societal fund + government fund + Venture capital fund” should be built.

    Finally, two association agreed efficiency, deep and persistence cooperation model. The signing ceremony got a success result.
